With a simple pop-pin adjustment the vertically adjustable pulleys can be set for over 100 exercises at a level that is comfortable for any size user. When it comes to stability and durability Bowflex can't be beat with heavy gauge 2 x 4 inch mainframe construction and aircraft quality cables and pulleys. Extra-tough tear-resistant DuraFirm upholstery is double-stitched and features high density top grade foam. It includes instructional placard. Choose from 165 or 235 Pounds weight stacks.

I would suggest better labeling of parts. For someone who is not in the business of putting things together, identifying the parts was the biggest challenge of all.

Overall, I LOVE IT!

I was pleasantly surprised with how solid it was! It feels like gym quality machinery!

Excellent deal in every way, the only gripe I have
is that the vinyl(?) coating on the woven wire
cables is cracking in a few spots and dropping
off on the floor. Will probably need to patch it eventually to protect the wire.

You have to use it.

It's a nice machine but the cable position should be better explained on the instructions. It's too cumbersome to change the cables for every exercise.

Bowflex enjoys a good reputation for an excellent reason. The machine was easy to setup, great directions and the enclosed exercise video is well made and very easy to follow. I could not ask for a better piece of machinery. I wish the optional AB cruncher was available at purchase. I had to go back to Bowflex for that, but it is well worth it.

I'm not a workout warrior, but started exercising more and more now with this bowflex. I've been looking for one for quite awhile, and found this to be the lowest price machine when compared to any others on the web or in stores. I like the upright style, leg attachment, and ease of the exercises.

After some serious research I bought the Bowflex Xtreme XLTU based on the price, product history and the desire to bring the training home instead of paying gym fees and waiting for equipment during peak times. This is worth well worth the investment.

I didn't think I would receive the Bowflex as fast as I did. The website posted an availability date that was two weeks out and I received the Bowflex before that date. Shipping was fast considering it was cross-country and the box arrived intact with no damage.

I have used other exercise machines in the past and while I got good results, this surpasses anything else I ever owned. There are no jerky movements, everything is smooth. I can control and actually feel the resistance on the output and retrieval. I find myself enjoying the workout instead of trying to power through to the end of each exercise. It's just plain fun.

I think it is great product.

I really like this product because you can do so many execises with one machine.

It arrived in great condition but I did not like how I had to call the delivery company to have them deliver the item to me. In the future, I suggest maybe using another courier services with later hours of delivery.
