Comments about Stamina Stamina Band Flex (DISCO: 12/14/2007):

It took forever to put it together, when i started using it i realized this machine is no use at all. the rubber bands are really band on negative resistance. When you are pulling towards you they are somehow fine but not great compared to weight, then when you release it back you sense there is no resistance anymore. best advice either join a gym or buy a weight machine with real weights if you have the space. I sold it a month after I bought it, the guy who bought it is considered lucky because he is saving time on the assembly.

I was very disappointed in this machine... my wife cannot use it and I find it non user friendly, it will either go to charity or the dump.
I hate to be negative but I really wish I had spent more money and got myself a decent machine.

Comments about Stamina Stamina Band Flex (DISCO: 12/14/2007):

Basically, I use it to stretch for golf. I don't use much 'weight' as I'm not looking for strength but flexibility. I do wish it was not necessary to have the leg exercise parts as it takes up too much space. I find it quite easy to sit and use the lower pulls for my golf warm up time.

Not very good - buy a bowflex

Comments about Stamina Stamina Band Flex (DISCO: 12/14/2007):

I am disappointed in the quality of the Band Flex. The cords/bands shred easily and don't glide through the pulleys smoothly. Also, the rubber mat at the base peals apart from the glue. I wish I would have paid a little more and bought a Bowflex.

Smoother, more rounded edged pulleys would seem better and not prematurely exact wear and tear of the bands.

This is a gym sucks!
By BuddyVerified Purchaser from New Jersey on 4/9/2008
Bottom Line:

Comments about Stamina Stamina Band Flex (DISCO: 12/14/2007):

Do not buy this gym. You get what you pay for, and I paid for a piece of junk. The bands do not move freely. It is terrible. I would recommend spending more money for a quality machine. I ended up throwing the machine in the garbage
