The padding and covering materials seem to be of good quality. I am 6' 3" so I have to be careful not to hit my head on the floor since it extends beyond the sit-up board. So I lay a piece of egg-carton foam on the floor at the end of the bench just in case. No worries. The upside is it takes up very little space. For the price I paid, I am happy with it.

I thought the 2 adjustments of the bench incline would be 2 angles and not angle and flat. The padded rollers are to narrow and makes for an uncomfortable and awkward for sit ups and twists. But then again, I was also looking for a bench that would adjust to a level position. I would recommend the bench for those that want only one incline.

I bought this bench to do sit-ups on.

My old board of 25 years was long enough to cushion the head. This board is extremely well made, but could be longer. I use a small foam pad and that works quite well!
