Don't even think about it

Save your money. This thing is flimsy, made poorly, and doesn't work the way it's supposed to. It looks great and has everything you're probably looking for in a Smith Machine, but the quality is absolutely horrible. Spend the extra $100 and get a better quality machine. The Bar doesn't move smoothly. It actually catches at the top because the machine doesn't line up. The hooks to stop the Bar from coming down on you don't line up with the slots so you better have enough energy to wiggle it in. Not exactly what you want in an emergency which is the whole purpose of the thing. I seriously regret buying this thing.
