Decent for the money, not for guys that go super heavy, but fine for the average lifter.

No parts for Weider Home Gym C650? For pulleys square to slide the pole. Hard to find parts? do you have?

If you are tired of going to the crowded gym . This is the perfect machine. Comes with a bunch of weights and an olympic barbel . I'm telling you it is everything i expected and more, if you have the room get it.
I told the delivery people to leave it in my driveway. When i got home from work it was on a long pallet in my driveway. You will most likely need help transporting it to the location you will set it up. I was able to do it myself but it was very hard.

For the money, I don't think you can beat this piece. It was easy to put together except the rear pulley that is suspended by the other pulleys was a bit of a trick. You can get a great workout on it, because it is fairly sturdy, but if you are doing big weight, I would recommend something a bit more sturdy. There are pretty low weight limits on all of the pulleys. The pulleys are smooth though. I think the bench rack even has a recommended maximum of 300 pounds. When you use the preacher curl bench, the place to set the weight is too small and it is all but useless. I like that the bench inclines and declines, however you can't incline it to 90 degrees to use it for shoulder presses. With all that said, I could not find anything that came close to it price wise that had all of the same functions and came with 250 pounds of free weight and an olympic bench bar.
