The Deltech Fitness Fixed Olympic Benchis constructed of 14 guage steel tubing. Seat is made from high density foam padding covered in top grade vinyl. The frame is coated with durable black and white powdercoat paint and all hardware is zinc plated. Welded to meet the American Welding Society's (AWS) specifications.Adjusts with an easy pull pin. Comes with leg hold-down is included. The incline is adjustable for both the seat back and seat bottom.

I needed an upgrade from the bench I had for years, since I had decided to get serious about my training and compete. For the money, you will not find a better value, unless you intend to bench over 700 pounds, which most of us are not likely to do. Its comfortable and it works.
