The Deltech Fitness Flat / Incline / Decline Dumbbell Benchis constructed of 14 guage steel tubing. Seat is made from high density foam padding covered in top grade vinyl. The frame is coated with durable black and white powdercoat paint and all hardware is zinc plated. Welded to meet the American Welding Society's (AWS) specifications.Adjusts with an easy pull pin. Comes with leg hold-down is included. The incline is adjustable for both the seat back and seat bottom.
