This is an excellent weight bench for the money. I have been using it for almost a year now and it is great. However, I lift very heavy and at times I can feel the bench flex. The extra attachments are also difficult for the bigger guys but are quite useable. For the same price I would buy again but if I had more money I would upgrade on quality.

Directions for assembly adequate. The only thing majorly wrong was the brace connecting the lower leg to bench brace needed a hole drilled in the lower leg. Also, one round plug missing (no big deal). I have been on more comfortable benches, but this is okay. I put flannel cloth with duck tape inside the lat tower weight holder to stop metal on metal clanging which works great. Should have ratchet set to help in assembling. The incline bench really isn't that usable.

This bench is very functional for the home workout, very sturdy, handles a lot of weight. Only drawback is that the lat attachment should be higher for longer arms or have a couple settings for the height. Very minor problem, I just drilled a hole lower on the support arm to lift the unit a couple inches - works great !

Bench is good overall quality. The lat pull-down attachment is marginal for pulling heavier weights. I would suggest some type of pin system for raising/lowering supports and for the preacher curl and lat tower attachments. Sometimes a pain to unscrew two or three threaded caps to move things. I've lifted up to 275lbs on the bench and it seems to hold up alright.

I use this product for bodybuilding and after the first week I am already seeing results. With hard work this machine is an ultimate tool. The footprint is a bit large as my gym does not have a lot of room, however it is easy to move and adjust. I look forward to using this product for many years to come!
