Simple design that is perfect for free weight workouts. Very lightweight, but strong and easy to assemble. Very well designed, will not tip over. If you are looking for a simple bench without all of the bells and whistles to do your at home workout on, this is it.

I bought this product because my son has started to work out. At times we are doing various exercises that require several benches. This bench compliments our dumbell work by allowing the use of our other benches elsewhere. With its wide base it provides the stability needed. Also used for specific band work in conjunction with a rack. Works great!

Well, I do use it, and it serves the basic function of a bench to lie or sit on as I lift dumbbells. I guess, for the money, I shouldn't complain. But ...
1) Wobbly at first. I really had to crank down on the bolts that hold the feet to the main structural member. Now it's fine.
2) Too short. I like to rest my feet on the end of the bench, with knees bent, when lying on it face up. This bench isn't long enough. And I'm only 5'9" -- taller people should really think twice.
3) Toe-stubber. I like to work out barefoot, and because of the way the metal feet stick out, I've repeatedly caught my toes on them. Ouch!
I would recommend this to a friend, with the above caveats.

I use the bench mainly for dumdbell work. Its lite compact doesn't take up a lot of room. The down side the seat broke the secound time I used it.

I use the bench for various dumbell exercises and the wooden support on the bench is way too thin! It buckles when I lay on it and I only weigh 150 lbs. I can't imagine anyone heavier than me using this bench safetly! The cost of the bench was reasonable at the time of purchase, but after using it for several months, I realize that the 70 or so dollars I spent on it was too much for the quality of the bench. I would strongly recommend not purchasing or even using this bench.

I use it primarily for wrist curls and abdominals. For these exercises the bench works great. Im sure its good for other exercises to.

Great product for the money, it isn't the sturdiest and may eventually have some issues with stability. But I've used it for about a year now and have yet to have any problems, I'm about 240 lbs.
